Experiments/Work in Progress 2024-2026

I have since a teenager worked with analogue processes, originally printing solely in the darkroom working with 35mm and 120mm cameras. My practice has become digital in recent years but my interest in experimenting with new and exciting alternative processes will never fade. Here you see a mixture of cyanotypes on glass, polaroid lift, polaroid negative scratching, Mordançage, photographic weaves, darkroom prints, chemigrams, lumen prints, water grams and photoshop manipulation. I am hoping to finish these experiments into cohesive projects but even if I don’t, I loved making them and love the results (even if unfinished). I’m slowly learning it has to be about enjoyment of the process and not just the outcome.
